Star Valley

The last couple of years we have spent Presidents Day visiting Aaron's grandparents in Star Valley. Our kids love this little tradition. The last couple of years we have left right after the kids Valentines Day party's at school. They love to spend the drive time checking out all of the treats and notes from their friends. Aaron's grandpa always uses the tractor to build a big sledding hill for the kids to play on. This year they haven't had as much snow, so he was scooping it up from his field to make the hill bigger.

It is so pretty up there. We had beautiful weather!!

The kids love to go for snowmobile rides and get pulled on sleds. Carson only wants to ride with his Dad, he did not appreciate getting on the sled.

That is Morgan in there. They have to cover their faces with a mask so they don't freeze.

It was really nice to get away for the weekend and relax and play. My kids can't wait to go back for another visit.

Brothers and a half smile

This is as close to a smile that I have been able to get a picture of. He always seems to perform when I don't have a camera close by.
Carson is in love with this baby boy. He is ALWAYS trying to kiss him and hug him-a little too rough at times. I sure think it is cute when they are acting this sweet with each other. ( I am guessing in a little while they won't get along quite so well.)

A few of my favorite boys.

For my sisters...

He wouldn't cooperate with a smile, but I still thought you might enjoy!! I will keep working on a better one.

Baby Coop's first month

Carson has nicknamed this little guy Baby Coop. He is growing so fast!

These guys are loving having a baby around the house-especially if it means their mom has no time to fix any ones hair any more.

He may or may not be getting a little spoiled. We have a lot of people around here wanting to snuggle this sweet baby.

Snow Fun

I am not a big fan of blizzards, but when the snow comes down in big fluffy flakes, falling straight down instead of sideways- we are a fan of that at this house. My little boy squeals with delight when he sees this out the window. Then he begs to call his dad at work to tell him it is snowing and ask him to come home and play with him outside.

Here are some photos of the fun we had outside over the holidays when all the cousins came to visit!

I think took 3 full sized males to lift the belly and head of the snowman, and a ladder to add the hat. These little kiddos were rather impressed.

The dads and the daughter (and Grandma) spent a day cross-country skiing. When they were almost done, they decided to have a huge snow-ball fight.

Thanks for all the fun everyone!!

Christmas

Christmas Eve Pajamas.
One of my favorite Christmas traditions. We are all about comfy clothes at this house, so we are big fans of new jammies. A few of my children have to change every time we leave the house, because they are always wearing pajamas.

It was really fun to find some little jammies for Cooper that matched what the other boys were wearing.

Christmas Day!

This year I did not take pictures like I should have. We did so much better with the video camera. Here is a little of what Christmas morning was like.

First Week Home

We have been having a a great time with this little guy. He is mellow, patient and so much fun. We have forgotten what it is like to have a baby around at this place, and luckily, he is being nice while we figure it out again.
