So, Grandpa and Grandma Williamson and the Lowry's went on the yearly trip to Grand Teton National Park to hike, see the elk, and go swimming! We had great weather, the girls were great hikers, and we saw quite a few animals. A few highlights were how scared Carson was of the elk! If we stopped he would scream "Let's Go!" and "I scared!" He even worked himself up enough to throw-up! Paige saw a dear that Grandpa found and she was a little appalled that the dear was showing off his "Booty!" Morgan and Grandpa had quite a few games of steal the pile, and we were all glad that Carson decided to talk like a crazy man. If he wanted to show me something, he would scream until I listened! We had a great time, and look forward to a great trip again next year!!

Morgan's Baptism!
Well, I am trying to do a little blogging catch-up!! It has been a crazy couple of weeks!! On Sept. 8 Morgan was baptized. She was darling in her dress! They made her stand up front in the chapel and do a spotlight about her. You could tell it wasn't her favorite place to be. What a shy little lady. It was wonderful to have a ton af family support and to hang out with everyone after the program. My favorite part was the sweet spirit that is in your home when you have a newly baptized member. It's like you don't want anything to tarnish that clean little lady. Here are some photo's!!!!

First Day of School!!!!
Well, school started a week ago today, so we are a little slow here. The girls had a great first day! They liked the teachers and seemed great! They just both got sick after day two!!! It was crazy my kids were missing part of the first week of school! Monday was Paige's first day to ride the bus (they didn't bus kindergartners the first three days, while they set up the routes for the little one's!) We were so sad when the bus stopped at our house to pick her up, and we had to yell out the window at the bus driver that she was sick!!! Tuesday we missed the bus pick up, we weren't sure what time it was coming, and somehow missed it. So, I dropped her off at school, and told her to ride the bus home. So after school, I run out with my camera to catch both of my girls riding the bus home for the first time together, and only Morgan got off the bus!!! I asked her where Paige was and she said she hadn't seen her!! So we raced inside, woke up Carson, drove to the school, and hoped she wasn't headed to some other neighborhood!!! She and one other lonely child were standing in front of the school, looking like they had flakes for mothers!!! So today she rode the bus to school, and both of my daughters actually came off the bus!! It was great except for today, my camera batteries were dead!!! So here are a couple of first day pictures, minus and bus photo's!!!!

Lowry Family Reunion 2007
I have been stressing about the Lowry family reunion for weeks now ( I was in charge!), and now it is officially over and someone else's turn to worry. We had a great weekend!! It rained and rained, so I was glad I had stressed about games to keep the 11 grandchildren-who were cooped up in the cabin together- busy. They played together really well, it was really fun. It was really nice to relax, and the rain make the weather wonderfully cool!!! We also had some great thunderstorms. We were really glad that we were not staying in tents! It was fun to hang out with family, the only problem was the 1 and 2 AM bedtimes. So most of us came home a little hammered. Here are some pictures of the cabin we stayed in and all the cute cousins!!!

Star Valley!!
Every year, the first weekend of August we head to the Lincoln County Fair! Our children love it and we get in a visit to Great Grandpa Lindberg! The kids had a great time riding rides and seeing animals. Carson loved getting a ride with Daddy on grandpa's tractor! Carson was in heaven checking out the horses, lots of cats (he calls them meow's), 4-wheelers, and all the farm equipment. It was great to have a little time to relax!
